Information

Privacy & cookies.

This page explains the information used to operate the site, route enquiries and measure advertising.

Enquiry information

When you submit a service enquiry, Attic uses the contact details and service answers you provide to review and route that request. With the consent shown beside the form, the enquiry may be shared with up to three potentially suitable independent providers. The exact recipient category and service limits are stated on each service form.

General contact and service-provider forms are used to respond to the request you submit. We do not treat service-contact consent as permission for unrelated marketing.

Website measurement and optional cookies

Vercel provides aggregated website analytics and performance information. Google Ads measurement is separate and optional. The Google tag is blocked until you choose “Allow optional cookies”. If you reject, the site does not load the Google tag.

When allowed, Google Ads may store first-party advertising measurement cookies and receive a conversion event after the server accepts a configured service enquiry. The event contains a service-specific conversion identifier and a random submission reference; it does not contain the submitted name, phone number, Eircode, notes or service answers.

For campaign reconciliation, consented visits may also retain Google click identifiers and campaign parameters for the current browser session. If an enquiry is submitted, those values can be stored with its HubSpot deal. They are never required to use a form.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button. Consent choices expire after six months so the site can ask again. Rejecting or withdrawing clears the site’s saved campaign attribution and accessible Google conversion-linker cookies.

Service providers

The website is hosted using Vercel. Enquiry records are created in HubSpot. When optional advertising measurement is enabled, Google Ads provides the conversion measurement service. These providers process information for their stated technical purposes and under their own applicable privacy terms.

Your questions and requests

Use the contact page to ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your enquiry. Include enough information for the request to be identified, but do not send sensitive documents through the contact form.
